Description

The KOYO UCP217 (JTEKT) is a heavy-duty, two-bolt pillow block (plummer block) bearing unit built for high-load power transmission, industrial fans, conveyors, and heavy rotating machinery requiring dependable shaft support and vibration resistance.

• Components: Comprises a UC217 spherical insert ball bearing seated within a solid P217 rigid cast-iron foot-mount housing.

• Shaft Diameter (Bore): 85 mm

• Shaft Locking: Employs dual set screws on an extended inner ring positioned 120° apart for positive, slip-resistant clamping on high-torque shafts.

• Self-Alignment: Spherical outer ring contour mates directly with the machined housing bore, compensating for static shaft deflection and mounting misalignment.

• Sealing & Relubrication: Equipped with dual contact lip seals backed by steel flingers to lock in grease and block harsh dust, grit, and moisture, paired with a standard grease nipple for on-site maintenance.
