The KOYO UCT212 (JTEKT) is a heavy-duty, cast-iron take-up bearing unit engineered for conveyor systems, tensioning frames, and power transmission equipment requiring precise shaft alignment and adjustable belt or chain tension.

• Components: Combines a UC212 spherical ball bearing insert mounted inside a rigid T212 cast iron take-up housing.

• Shaft Locking: Secured via two setscrews on an extended inner ring, ensuring slip-free locking on rotating shafts.

• Shaft Diameter (Bore): 60 mm

• Design & Alignment: Features side guide slots that slide smoothly along tensioning frames, with a self-aligning spherical outer ring that accommodates initial mounting misalignments.

• Sealing & Maintenance: Outfitted with robust contact seals and a slinger to guard against dust, moisture, and debris, alongside an integrated grease nipple for relubrication in demanding industrial environments.
