Description

The SPZ 3550 is a narrow-profile (wedge) metric V-belt engineered for high-power, space-restricted industrial drives, offering significantly higher torque transmission and heat dissipation than standard classical V-belts.

• Profile & Section: SPZ cross-section measuring 9.7 mm top width by 8 mm height (wedge angle ~38°–40°).

• Length: 3550 mm datum / pitch length ($L_d / L_p$), with an outside length ($L_a$) typically around 3563 mm.

• Core Construction: High-tensile polyester tension cords embedded in synthetic chloroprene (or EPDM) rubber, wrapped in wear-resistant industrial fabric.

• Properties: Oil-resistant, heat-resistant (typically -30°C to +80°C), and anti-static (ISO 1813 compliant).

• Applications: Heavy-duty electric motors, industrial blowers, chillers, aggregate crushing equipment, and high-ratio pulley drives requiring matched multi-belt sets.
